These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of technology services offered by Precision Technology Services LLC. By accessing this website and engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Provision of Technology Services

Precision Technology Services LLC agrees to provide technology services, which may include managed IT support, network administration, cloud configuration, security hardening, backup services, and consulting, as specifically detailed in the individual client proposal or statement of work. All timelines, deliverables, and recommendations are estimates and may depend on third-party platforms, internet providers, hardware availability, and software vendors over which we have no direct control.

2. Payment Terms and Timelines

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all invoices for recurring managed services are due according to the schedule in your contract. Third-party licenses, cloud subscriptions, or hardware purchased on your behalf may be billed separately. Failure to pay invoices may result in the suspension of services in line with your agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary access to systems, accounts, facilities, and documentation required to deliver our services. Delays in providing access or required approvals will subsequently delay project timelines. Precision Technology Services LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from client inaction or from outages affecting third parties outside our reasonable control.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Precision Technology Services LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for documentation, scripts, templates, and methodologies created during the engagement. The client is granted a limited license to use these materials for their specific business purposes. However, proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Precision Technology Services LLC.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the services agreement with written notice as specified in the individual client contract (typically 30 days). Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all expenses incurred and fees for services performed up to the date of termination.
